Word of the Day
Kaylie Stoner’s word of the day is Mamihlapinatapei. Which is from the Yaghan language of Chile and means a look shared by two people who both want to initiate something but are both unwilling to be the first to do so.
Next Week’s Schedule

Diversity & Inclusion Club
Would like to present Ciera Fields for Native American Heritage month. Ciera is a women’s activist and a Native American community health activist. At just 15 years old, Cierra advocated to the Cherokee Nation for the rights of young women. At 17, she held a youth summit and alliance to stop violence against Native American women. In 2013, Cierra was recognized by the White House as a “Champion for Change” for her work to reduce cancer and create healthier lifestyles in Native Americans. Cierra is a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a 12th grade Theatre major – Kayla Robillard. Kayla does a great job as a TA in Acting 1. She keeps class moving by engaging in and leading focus exercises. She also swings in to cover for missing actors during rehearsal.
