Valentine’s Showcase is Tonight
The Valentine’s Showcase is this at 7:00PM in the Loading Dock! Come hear some wonderful music performances, scenes, and more!
Sweetheart Dance Tomorrow Night!
Tomorrow night is the Sweethearts Dance at 7:00 in the cafeteria! If you are bringing a non-PiM guest you needed to have a guest form completed by yesterday. Remember that you are responsible for your non-PiM guest and must arrive and depart with them. School day expectations apply to the dance, including the PDA and the discipline policy. Be sure your rides know to pick you up by 9:00. Let’s have a fun time! And thanks to all of the student groups that put this event together!
Black History Month
Another wonderful human we want to introduce you to is Noah Lyles. An American track and field sprinter who competes in the 60 meters, 100 meters and 200 meters events. His personal best of 19.31 seconds in the 200 m is the American record, and makes him the third fastest of all-time. He is an Olympic champion and eight-time World champion. – If you have suggestions of past or present people to add to the list please email the info to emily.weber@pimartshs.org so the Diversity & Inclusion club can include it for you.
Valentine’s Telegrams
Do you want to send a silly love song to your friend that includes accordion and violin? Or perhaps a Shakespearean sonnet? Maybe even a dance? Well you’re in luck because Valentines Telegrams are being sold at lunches, now through next Tuesday and feature all these options and more! Every gram option is $5 and for an extra $5 you can have the performance filmed and photographed by MARMY!
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a 9th grade Media and Visual Arts major – Anders Gennrich. Anders stepped outside their comfort zone by taking the stage to present a class project—no small feat. Big steps have been taken, Anders. Keep going!
