It is opening night for Hadestown! Mr. Hermes tells ya- “How to get to Hadestown: You have to take the long way down, through the underground, under cover of night, Layin’ low, stayin’ out of sight” Or you could just join us in the White Box tonight or Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Pennies for Pies Score Update
We are about halfway through the Pennies for Pies fundraiser! Here are the midway score updates:
In fourth place are the Pink Turkeys with 336 points
In third place are the Green Grizzly Bears with 1,501 points
In second place are the Blue Bumblebees with 1,878 points
And in first place are the Orange Opossums with a whopping 8871 points!
Combined, the entire school has raised over $172 so far! As a reminder, coins add to your team’s total points and cash deducts points! Pennies for Pies ends March 6th and the winning team chooses who gets pied for Pie Day!
PiM Crew Spring Meeting:
Interested in theatre tech? It’s time to plan for Quarter 4! There will be a PiM Crew meeting in Room 122 (the Spanish Room) during Block 5 on Wednesday and Flex on Thursday next week to discuss opportunities for NO SHAME, the spring improv show, the spring dance concert, music concerts, and more! You only need to attend one of these two meetings to get involved, so pick whichever one works best for you!
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today we recognize a 12th grade Theatre major – Ruby Corbett. Ruby has grown so much during her time here at PiM. Her confidence has blossomed, her consistency on stage has strengthened, and she has developed a wonderful ability to manage challenging days with resilience. She has also done an outstanding job delivering the Monday morning announcements! – Thank you, Ruby, for your perseverance and for your cheerful voice that helps us start each week on a positive note!
