PiM Singers Auditions
Mrs. McKnight would love to have your singing voice in PiM Singers! We are looking for passionate, dedicated ensemble singers to join our block 4 class next year. PiM Singers performs contemporary a cappella music as well as choral music from all time periods and styles. See the audition materials in your Advisory Google classroom or find McKnight in the choir room for details. Auditions start tomorrow and run through next Friday.
NO SHAME Applications due this Friday
Get your NO SHAME acts ready, applications completed and turned in by this Friday, May 8th to Mrs. McKnight. You need to perform your piece for one arts and one academic teacher. McKnight’s flexes this week are for NO SHAME auditions. The acts for this show need to be summer-themed, or energetic, positive, uplifting, outdoorsy vibes. If you’re not sure if your piece fits that criteria, see McKnight. Looking forward to a great final NO SHAME!
Random Recognition
Random recognition celebrates the achievements and community efforts of you and your peers. Today, we recognize an 11th-grade Instrumental Music major – Indie Gerster. Indie spends a great deal of time on stage and is a valuable team player who always steps up when needed. We especially appreciate his willingness to jump in and help with the final two performances of Nothing is Sacred…Except for the Circus. – Thank you, Indie, for playing drums and acoustic guitar, and for taking on the role of Nolan Taylor. Your talent and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we’re grateful that you share them with us.
