The PiM Arts Booster Organization exists exclusively for the purpose of promoting and supporting the artistic programs, students, and faculty at PiM. PiM Boosters will support and promote arts activities within the school and throughout the community, support PiM performances, conduct fundraising activities and provide financial support for the programs.
Show your support for our students and the PiM community by volunteering. There are many opportunities throughout the year for getting involved. This is a great way to be engaged and meet other parents!
Event/Performance Volunteers Needed
Concessions/Spirit Store/Star Note sellers are needed for the following:
December Performances and Events – Dec – No Shame, Dance Concert, Vis/Media Gallery, Instr./Vocal Concert
Instrumental Lead Parent
Hourly commitment: 1 hr per week average. 2-year commitment. The Instrumental Arts Lead Parent provides support to the Instrumental shows. Attend Lead Coordinator Meetings (once per monthly), Attend Booster General Meetings (once per quarter), Help co-plan one Booster General Meeting, Coordinate volunteers for concessions & Spirit Store sales. Assist Department with Grant Paperwork and Lettering deadlines.
