A group of our dance majors traveled to Vancouver,

A group of our dance majors traveled to Vancouver, Washington, to participate in the Northwest Regional High School Dance Festival, February 13th-16th. They had the opportunity to take a variety of technical and artistic master classes, taught by artists from college programs, professional companies, and summer training programs, with students from around the country.

Two of our students had the opportunity to audition for summer study and college programs, and received numerous offers, scholarships, and acceptance into BFA/BA programs around the country.

PiM is beaming with pride at how well our dancers represented not only PiM but also dance education in Minnesota!

Eight PiM students were recognized for their academic achievements this week by @collegeboard! The College Board National Recognition Program awards academic honors to high-performing students within the context of their community to celebrate their hard work and be seen by colleges.

Students are selected for this opportunity based on their exceptional performance on the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, or AP Exams.

Happening this Friday! The PiM Boosters and National Honor Society will be hosting an evening of restoration and creativity for all PiM families! Entrance is free with a donation to a local resource/food drive.

Tickets to Hadestown are available now!

This intriguing and beautiful folk opera delivers a deeply resonant and defiantly hopeful theatrical experience. Following two intertwining love stories – that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of immortal King Hades and Lady Persephone – Hadestown Teen Edition invites audiences on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back. Inspired by traditions of classic American folk music and vintage New Orleans jazz, Mitchell’s beguiling sung-through musical pits industry against nature, doubt against faith, and fear against love.

Hadestown will be presented with dual casts -- the Electric City (💡) cast and the Songbird (🐦‍⬛) cast.

Staff No Shame is FREE for all this evening (we still encourage you to arrive early; Staff No Shame traditionally sells out), but we do ask this time around that you bring in a donation to @prop_mn !

They are currently asking for the following:

🧅 Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
🍳 Small cooking oil (8.4oz)

We will be collecting donations at the door in lieu of charging for admission.
